Dates: Sundays from 8pm-10pm effective October 27th, 2024 Location: Tennis Centre West Ottawa (120 Greenview Avenue) Surface: Red clay Spots: 16 every week Format: Doubles Level of play: Novice-Advanced Cost: $25 (e-transfered to [email protected]) Registration: Posted every Thursday at 7pm on Facebook Registration is on a first come first served basis through the comments of the respective Facebook post on Thursday. |

Cancellation Policy
We ask that all member be respectful of other players who would like the opportunity to play with GLTO. For this reason, please be mindful of your schedules when registering to play. In circumstances where something comes up, the cancellation policy is as follows:
If there is a waitlist of players registered to play, you must notify GLTO of your absence at least 48 hours prior to the time of play. If the position can be filled from the waitlist, a refund will be provided to you by e-transfer (minus a $5 administration fee).
If there is no waitlist of players, or if it is within 48 hours of the time of play, no refund will be provided. It will be the absent player's responsibility to find someone to fill their spot and they can receive payment from them directly.
The GLTO Executive reserves the right to alter the cancellation policy on a case by case basis for serious matters or significant injuries.
