The League's mission is centered on providing a safe and inclusive space in Ottawa for individuals within the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans*, and Queer (LGBTQ+) communities as well as their allies to engage in the sport of tennis. Our objectives are to cultivate an environment free from harassment, discrimination, and intimidation, where players of all backgrounds, ages, and identities can thrive. We are dedicated to not only fostering and promoting tennis within the LGBTQ+ community but also to nurturing a sense of camaraderie among our members, emphasizing the values of good sportsmanship along the way. 

Collaboration lies at the core of our mission as we work hand in hand with other LGBTQ+ associations, corporations, sports leagues, and non-profit organizations to amplify our message and expand our reach. Furthermore, we actively seek partnerships with LGBTQ+ tennis leagues both nationally and internationally, aiming to build bridges and foster connections across borders. At the heart of it all, our mission is to not only enrich the tennis experience but also to champion inclusivity, unity, and collaboration within and beyond the LGBTQ+ community.
